Is it the booster you have received while playing "Candy Royale" Race?
The timer on the boosters starts clicking as soon as you click on "Claim"! By any chance, you did not get a chance to play the game within 5 minutes, the booster will expire.
Next time, as soon as you receive the reward and clicked on "claim", please make sure to take a screenshot. Then, take another screenshot of your boosters from "Inventory". This way, you will know if you have received the rewards or not! And, it will help to send your complaint to the King Player Support team.
