I gain a lot of access and passed a lot of levels on it here but I do not receive any emails and gift cards for my earnings on my rewards

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
