I made a payment via pix, for an in-game benefits package of $27.90, which has not been credited so far. I would like the amount to be credited to the game or for this amount to be refunded, this is not the first time this has happened

King will not be able to process the purchase transactions made through a third party such as PIX. Hence, you will have to contact the —> Google Play Support
