I suggest you contact King Customer Care directly with issue. You can do this directly from with your settings in your Candy Crush game and select the Question Mark under your Profile picture, select the My Purchases, then select I haven't received my purchase. If this doesnt answer your question at the bottom of that screen you will notice Still need help? Select this and submit your issue to King Customer Care or you can use the Support / Contact Us from within this King Community Page
