Gold crowns

I think, it would be nice and help us to get motivated, if you get extra golden bars if we pass the episode with golden crowns, no losing a level on the entire episode

That is exactly how Candy Royale works @larebe74

You can earn a share of a prize pot if you win new levels on the first attempt. Also if you can win the Episode Race you win gold bars for that as well.
