First of all, Thank you for coming back and posting your question in English.
With regards to the missing lives on your new phone —> When we change our device, only level progress and the Gold Bars are transferred because these are saved to King Servers. Whereas, the lives received from our friends and the boosters we have saved up are stored only on device local memory. Hence, these won't be transferred! If you still have your old phone with you, you can still play the game and use up your boosters & lives.

I switch from my Phone
I had 90 lives on my old Phone and on my new one there where no lives everthing was gone.
