I was having all those problems as well but I thought it was just my junk Android tablet. I don't seem to have these issues with my laptop π

You are probably right. My Colleen12 account hasn't been used since I created my new Nanny C account about found weeks ago. This week I added Facebook on my new device and clicked on the Candy Crush link and I'm right back in my old account. My intent was never to play Candy Crush on Facebook again so I deleted it π

I just want to remind everyone in my friends list that I send 4 to 5 lives every morning without fail. So if you're not receiving them it's annoying
I do/did receive lives from you @Carol-38 but all of my accounts now have the maximum 200, so I won't receive any until I play long enough to use some of my stored lives.
You are right it is frustrating to learn that I am sending multiple lives to people every day and they aren't getting them. Even those that send me Life Requests don't receive lives.
It really makes me reconsider all those complaints from people that have said they never receive lives from their friends.

Another thought, if a person has a different name in the Kingdom than their Candy Crush player name and the accounts are not linked could this also be part of the issue as well?
I play with avatar names different from my King username. On the receiving end, this causes no problems for me. When I request lives from active players on my friends list, I usually receive them within 24 to 48 hours. I do not know if this has an impact on life sending though since we do not get rΓ©actions from the recipients π€·ββοΈ
