Chocolate box connection error still not resolved after 5 months

I have tried all methods suggested and I am still unable to cure the so called connection issue. This is very frustrating as it continually offers me my prize then says connection error. This impacts on my enjoyment of the game. Anyone else had this problem and solved it!!!!! HELP
