I use play game on my iPad and I will get literally a few lives when I request for them, it I get tons to help others. I can’t figure out why the game keeps logging me out after I run out of lives. Is anyone else having this issue?
Thank you for the welcome. I definitely have the game updated. I have the latest version 1.279.1.1. Also it does the same on my iPhone 13, so when it did that I uninstalled it and downloaded on my iPad. Then I lost all of the items that I had earned! That is so messed up! If we install the game in another phone or tablet, it should save not just our progress of where we are at but also the items too like the bombs and so forth. As well as the lives that we had. But it seems ever since I decided to use my iPad for games so I don’t take the storage up on my phone up, it should save the amount of lives we had.

Not receiving lives is an issue many players are experiencing! There could be many reasons for that — disturbances in Internet connection; server issues; players not being active in their games are some of the reasons!!
Let's try some troubleshooting steps and see if that helps to resolve the issue! Can you check the software version you have on your iPad? And, which version of the game App you have right now? Also, how much free space do you have in your iPad storage?

I noticed that the musical event disappeared while I was playing the last set (9) I finished but I didn't get any rewards because the event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
