Chocolate box not recognizing levels completed

I am on the gold chocolate box final level. My challenge is to complete 7 new levels. I have completed more than 7 levels but counter is stuck at 6 of 7 levels for over an hour despite moving ahead on the map. Does anyone else have this issue? I would like to receive the awards I earned.
