bug on level 7972 - can't win it; frog issue Fixed ✅

I'm stuck on 7972, one goal is to use 4 frogs. When I place a powered up frog near the chocolate spawning boxes, it gets "stuck" over another piece and it cannot be played anymore. It's there, it's just unusable. I paid for gold bars to access 70 extra turns, and could have cleared the level easily; but used them all up and could not use the frog. I'd like an automatic pass on this one and/or my $1.99 back!!

We’re sorry, but there seems to be an issue with level 7972 at the moment, and our friend Samantha the Frog gets stuck under sticky Chocolate and cannot move correctly.

Rest assured our studio team is already hard at work on the problem and will do everything they can to unstick the Frog and fix the level.

can you please refund bars used to get extra tries trying to figure out how to get the frog cleare? It’s impossible and appears to be a glitch others are also experiencing. I have an iPhone 14 and used 20 bars. Would also be good to credit people for the time we loose here (weekly race and team race because we can’t progress).

level 7972 is stuck dumping candy in the second level from the right and won't advance. This is the 3rd time in 2 days this has happened and each time I have spent gold bars to beat the level and just when I have one or two moves to win it locks up and won't stop dumping candy The only way to stop it is to turn the game off and restart the same level from the beginning again. Right now it has been dumping candy since yesterday.

It happens on Android too.the frog gets buggy after it's covered with chocolate.

i have been having the same problem with the frog the last few days. Plus now the second column from the right is in a continual falling loop. I spent gold bars and actually got the frog to be ready for a move — not sure how — but the continual loop prevents me from continuing despite the fact that I have 45 more moves.

level 79721 has a glitch in the frog I watched add and spent gold 3 x’s to try and win and couldn’t lost my major win streak due to this glitch see attached picture no matter how many color bombs I got I could get him to load up and get explosive.. the second time I played I did the frog first and as soon as he got close to the chocolate is when he got like that doubled up with another color
