Except for Community In-charge team, all others that help out here are players just like you. So, we can only assist and/or give suggestions based on our experiences.
With regards to the issue you are experiencing — it is the Sonoma that is causing the issue to download the App. King team is aware about this issue and they were investigating it. I will check with our Community In-charge and see if they have any update on the issue.

What is the software version you have on your MacBook? And, which version of the Candy Crush Saga App is showing in the App Store?

As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than …are horrible.
