cannot log back into candy crush

I am getting the message below when I try and get candy crush back up. Cannot resolve the issue. I logged out and then get the message when I try and log back in. Help if possible

I had to uninstall the game then reinstall and it worked perfect. Hope this helps

I am having the same problem again. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting the above message again.
