The “features” setting isn't showing, and I want to turn off Hints. How can I turn off hints?

Candy Crush doesn't actually allow you to turn off hints within the game settings. The hints are designed to nudge players who've been inactive for a few seconds, showing potential moves.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
