I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing! Does it happen each time you try to fulfill the tasks of the Gold Chocolate box or just this once?
Can you please check which version of the App you have right now? Also, is the Software on your iPad updated to latest version?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
