Hello @AaronchaiWasNotFound timed levels were removed in 2018 so I would guess they aren't coming back.
I have never seen I timed level, but from reading posts about them they seemed to have been hated as much as they were liked.
Unfortunately for you your idea has been posted many times previously, so this makes your idea a duplicate. I am sorry to say duplicate ideas aren't allowed.
