Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to get adverts back into your game once you have purchased something with real money. Using real money to buy something for your game results in King removing all of your advert features @maroulita1991
Some people have said that they have never got their adverts back after making a purchase whilst others have said they got their adverts back after a year of waiting. One member of this forum claimed they got their adverts back after waiting just three months.
If you are desperate and don't wsnt to wait you can try starting a new game. You will need a new email address to do this. Starting a new game isn't a guarantee that you will get adverts though as not everyone receives adverts and just because you had them in one game doesn't mean you will get them in another game.
