Hello @Lidisilva87 I am sorry but this forum can't help with purchasing issues. Everyone that posts here has the same status as you do. That is, everyone that posts here is just a player of Candy Crush.
To obtain a refund for the purchase that you didn't receive please contact the owner of the platform that you used to make the purchase.
For example if you used the Play Store use that to request your refund.
