Why can’t I watch videos after I lose a level? I used to be able to and now I can’t. I’m stuck

why can’t I watch videos after I lose a level? I’m stuck on the level now for four days. And I’m not buying anything spending money on this game. All the sudden levels were taken away, and I was in first place on the weekly challenges and now I’ve lost all the time and effort I put into that because I’m stuck in a level.

so just coincidentally after I’ve been in first place the videos stop? Wasted time when I couldn’t participate in the semi finals because I couldn’t pass a hard level for 4 days. 🤦‍♀️

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
