The hungry hatchling is active in my game I have repeatedly tried to activate it when I complete the levels needed nothing happens

I think there is definitely something wrong with this event when we play on more than one device. I have just logged in to my iPhone after having played several levels on my iPad. This is the message I get.
As you can see I am already past the level with the green locked chest. In fact, I am on level 2493 now, so the chest is stuck several levels behind me. How am I supposed to reach that in the next four hours….
It is now but before it said the next stone is 10 levels away I clicked let's go but after passing 10 levels nothing happened I then noticed if I click it again it offers to go get the stone as though I hadn't clicked it
I do play on two devices sometimes but I don’t think this is the case. I played Top That on one device
Something similar happened before, not with mystery candy but with 1 color bomb + 1 wrapped candy. I feel like when “heavy event” like Top That runs, it messes up with other events (like Hungry Hatchling, Sam’s streak, …). Everything should be back to normal soon. I will come back here to share after I check on my game.

I had the same happen in my game. I got a lucky candy every time I logged into my iPhone. On my iPad the event played normally for a while, but I did also get times when I could not activate it. I didn't take any screenshots and now it seems to be ok again. I wonder if the hatchling is getting confused with me playing on two devices. Do you play on two devices @TPS23 ?
My hungry hatchling returned probably last Monday while I was playing Top That. It is not resting but it’s on the same spot for the whole week. It says “something is 28 levels away”. When I clicked on “Play” or “Go”, I received the message “Connection Error”. Then, each time I re-opened the game, the hungry hatchling showed up, I fed it and the same lucky booster was given. I know it’s a kind of glitch. My hungry hatchling seemed to come and go randomly, so I usually don’t pay much attention to it.

My candy crush saga game is not starting, various times i reinstall it but problem is not resolve..
