HELP! This level is impossible! I have mo boosters and I’ve been told that my game board is different as I have more coloured candies and no bombs. I just can’t get through this level. I have tried your tips but still no luck! I end up getting a single CB and nothing else and just have to hit a coloured candy as I have no other option and so on. Worst level ever and I’m just about to delete this game and stop playing! @MannyFae @christinewupp @PummyRaj
Thank you! I will wait until Tuesday to see what @QueenB has to say. I found it interesting that they said nothing was wrong even though several other players have mentioned my board is totally different.
I find that surprising about the board having been tested. I'd suggest you wait what @QueenB can find out for you as she could check it out, but that won't be until Tuesday. It might give you more chance of getting the gold back than support, who have not been all that helpful lately.

I’ve been in touch with King Support snd apparently there are no faults with my game board and it’s been tested and has a normal pass rate 🤷🏻♀️Do I contact support through the game app to see if they will refund the gold bars?
I am sad that you could not wait until the level gets sorted for you, but I understand because this would not have happened until after the weekend so you would have had to go a few days without playing. You might want to try to contact Support to get your gold bars refunded, as your level is faulty. If you do, try to contact them using Settings in the app. Good luck with the rest of your game!

I had to resort to buying gold bars for extra moves.. this the only way I could pass the level. I did not want to spend money but couldn’t see any other way.

FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve.
