Different progress between iPad and iPhone

Hello, I play Candy Crush on my iPad and my iPhone and it is linked to the same Facebook account. When I load up the iPad Candy Crush, I am on level 7,170, which is correct. But when I load up the same game on my iPhone, it’s on level 11. Can you guide me on how I can have my iPhone reflect my iPad score, even though they’re both linked to the same FB account?
