“You’re offline” NO I’M NOT

I noticed that Candy crush was crashing more frequently on my phone. So I decided to log out and log back in, not deleting it or anything because the last time I did that I lost everything.

Well now it won’t let me login at all! all I get is an error message saying I’m off-line and to connect to the Internet. But of course I’m online and connected to the Internet! Very frustrating and there’s nothing on here to help as far as I can find I’ve tried searching for similar messages and similar problems.

please help
