Since April 13ish update not receiving lives or requests for lives

Reposting my issue since still not resolved.

Not receiving lives. Friends do not receive my requests. And I don't receive their lives requests. Friends requests are coming through just fine.

All devices: Windows 10 desktop, Windows 11 laptop, Android phone, fire tablet. All software up to date.

Have followed all recommended actions including uninstalling and reinstalling. Windows devices played through FB, others downloaded app.

Very frustrating. I love this game and have been playing more than 11 years.
