Hello @MichelBird It's not a bug. King have done this to get you to spend your gold bars or money. It is deliberate.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
