I logged out of Candy Crush saga on laptop (windows 11). Tried to log back in through facebook but got the following message

This happened a couple of weeks ago so i uninstalled and reinstalled Candy Crush saga again and it worked. Yesterday when this message came up i did the same but still cannot get back onto game. Have had numerous emails from King but nothing they have suggested has worked. Has anyone else had the same issues and were able to resolve the problem. I can log out on my phone and log back in without a problem. It is just on laptop and windows the problem. I cannot retrieve my progress.
I can play on ipad but my levels do not go as far as playing on laptop so have no levels left and will have to wait until wednesday for new levels for ipad
