Hi. I used to get ads after I couldn't complete a level and get extra moves and boosters. It seems like after i purchased extra boosters many months ago, I am no longer eligible for free ones. Is that the case? If you purchase you no longer get ads to watch to earn a free booster? Asking because my spouse plays too and I told him don't buy anything because you will never get help again on your tough boards

You are correct. As soon as you buy something your ads disappear. For some players they come back after several months, but others never see them again.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Impossible to pass high levels
it is impossible to pass 19096 without spending money. The rules keep changing to make the highest levels impossible. king stop being so greedy or lose all your players!

how to pass level 18332 and you guys stop the booster and the extra moves and my son ahead of me in the game and he still gets the extra move and boosters
I haven't gotten any new levels in about 2 months.
Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.
