I have been syncing my progress of Candy Crush with Facebook for a long time now. I am at level 1k+. Since I don't use Facebook that much, I would like to sync this progress with my email. I tried steps that were mentioned in the post (attached below) but for some reason 'Score and progression' sync option is not showing in my account. Can you please help me out?
can you give the step be step process on how to do it please? I use the app on the phone and want to switch from Facebook account to email.
I want to delete my Facebook account can I still save my progress without the Facebook?
@magicalMist , I think that you can continue using the fb connection on your android device regardless if you use facebook or not!
I suggest you at this time to continue being connected with facebook!
I am currently using an android device but I do have PC as well. I have already created a king account.

Do you play on a p.c. the browser version of the game into facebook, or do you play on a mobile or win 10/11 the downloaded app and you are just connected with facebook instead of email/password?
If your case is the second, you can remain connected with facebook, regardless if you use fb or not!

The post you were checking was an old post, when we had King.com webpage, which made it easy for us to sync our games with King account! But, that platform is not available anymore, and hence you cannot find "sync & progression" option. But, we can still sync our Facebook and King accounts, with a slightly changed process.
Which device are you using? Do you already have a King account or do you have to create one?

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
