I no longer want an account with you. Apple charged me for something I did not buy. I delete my app. Now I want to close account
I am sorry but our friend apparently thought you were trying to delete your community account, which is easy to do with the link he posted. Please understand this is a players' forum and we are trying best we can with advice but can't do much else. None of us get paid or are employed by King, which explains I hope why some of the answers weren't perhaps as helpful as you might have liked. I'm glad you deleted the app and hope this will be the end of it for you. Farewell!

You need to contact Apple to delete your payment details. This is the Candy Crush players forum! I also use Apple. On my iPhone I can delete my payment details myself. To do this you need to go into your appleID. This is in settings right at the top where you name is. Click on that. I have "Payment and Shipping" show up as the third option when I do that. This is where you change your payment method and where you can, if you wish, delete your payment method. You must have set up a credit card or similar when you first set up your iPhone or iPad.
Actually deleting a Candy Crush account is very difficult and cannot be done here in this community. There is a method via the app, if you click on the right most of the pink symbols at the bottom in Settings. But that is quite complicated. I would suggest you just delete the App!
you said deleting was easy but did not tell me how to delete it. I want little to do with Apple, I contacted them twice…they refuse to refuse. They have done this before several time…I am done with Apple. Please delete my account. I am going to buy Apple Card so they can take payment for iCloud off that, I will delete my credit card so they cannot access that. Please delete my account …no more discussions. Thank you Joanne

You might be receiving an automated email, which works as an acknowledgement. Please do not delete that but, immediately send a reply through that email itself. An agent should be contacting you within 72 hours (depending on how busy they are)!

If you were charged for a purchase you did not make, please do not let it go! You must contact the Apple store and ask them to give your money back!
Even if you have deleted the game, you can still get your money back. Once you get your money back, I will help you with the steps to follow to delete your game account👍️
