"My game is greyed out. Following previous advice on here I deleted and reinstalled but it has gone back to the beginning (from 10000) and it is still continually freezing

Hello @sampanther if you saved your game before deleting the app then all you have to do to get your progress back is sign back into your game. Once you are signed back in, play a level and your progress will be reinstated.
For the freezing issue, clear your browser history (make sure you know all of your passwords before you do this) and restart your device.
