I won 400 gold bars and received only 15 of them because they were distributed among other players. I'm facing this problem after every win.why my gold bars are being distributed among others?

This is a basic rule and players should know about it from the beginning!
So you did not win 400 gold bars, but your part of the 400 as all the rest winners!
