I recently switched devices and upon reinstalling Candy Crush on the new device, I was shocked to not find my accumulated boosters. Is it possible to get them back because otherwise I will not play the game anymore.

Boosters are device related! Playing on different devices, boosters are stored only on the device where they were earned!
If you kept your old device, you can continue using it only for playing Candy Crush!
