Unlimited Lives are items that gets saved on the device and not backed up like your game progress and Gold bars do. That is why you can only use it on the device it got accepted on and does not get synced between devices.

Good morning, so Iโm noticing with the all stars that Iโm stuck at 131 blue candies over the past 10+ levels. And at one point I saw where my score doubled and then went back to 131 and it hasnโt moved despite collecting blue candies when the other scores clearly have moved making it almost impossible (as always) to catchโฆ
