Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which device are you using to play the game?
Did you save your game before either with Facebook or King account? If so, all you have to do is to make sure that you are logged into your game with that account.
Are you not finding your level progress even after logging into your game?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
