Candy Royale not correctly in sync with other device

Candy Royale happened to pop-up while I was playing for the Candy Cup on a desktop PC. It was a 16-level version. After completing one episode of 15 levels, my share was about 84 gold bars at 15/16. While on the move out there, I wanted to catch up with the Candy Cup score by playing some old levels. At some point, Candy Royale would pop-up and ask me to start with 0/16. I can’t decline or opt out. So, I force close the App and re-start. I was able to play some old levels for a while and the Candy Royale pop-up again. It was so annoying that I force close the App and stopped playing.
When I was back to the desktop PC to start playing a new episode, Candy Royale was already reset to 0/16 instead of continuing from 15/16.
I would have got at least 84 gold bars but it was forfeited due to system glitches.
