i get kicked out before i even play level 132. it says i have failed the orders but haven't even been allowed to try the course

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
