Boosters have disappeared prior to starting a level and when you run out of moves.

Hello @amberg51 can you please clarify what you mean by boosters have disappeared prior to starting a level?
If you mean that you can't use any of the three pre-game boosters at the start of a level because they have a lock on them then this is normal. Some levels do not allow the use of boosters.
If you are talking about adverts disappearing this is also normal. Adverts aren't a permanent feature of the game and they can come and go. I once lost my adverts for seven months before they started to work again. Due to the temporary nature of the advert feature once you lose them you should be aware that you might never get them back especially if you have used real money to buy a booster package.
