Hello @manojkrishnaks if you suspect someone of cheating scroll to the very bottom of this page and click on the Report Abuse button. Fill in the details and select the subtopic of Report a cheater and then send your report. You will need to attach screenshots of your game.

I suspect your issue isn't a cheater though, but King combining people's accounts again and not caring about the knock-on effect.
