Are you asking about "Help a Friend" feature? If so, we cannot ask our friends to help with a level! It is actually the game system that sends us requests to pass a level our friends are stuck on!
For you to receive help from your friend(s), I would suggest you is to keep playing the level without using any boosters (not wasting your stored lives), and hopefully, after certain number of tries, the system will be triggered and ask your friends to play your level and send some boosters towards you.
If you need any tips to win your level, please let us know which level you are playing and we will try to help!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
