Candy crush is frozen on the chocolate box. I'm unable to rectify this problem, I have closed the app and also restarted my phone. Can you please help.

Hello @paulden this is a known issue that is under investigation. All you can do is restart your game and see if that works. Otherwise all you can do is wait to see if King fixes the issue.
Please do not uninstall your app.
