Can this community be fitted with an automatic spam filter?

There seem to be some blatantly spammy posts, several similar at a time recently. I assume they are all by the same malicious person. Is there any hope to get an automated spam system similar how I have in my email account, to filter out the most obvious ones (any only those, of course)?

For a spam filter to work effectively, lots of things will be considered. However, not all messages that are kept in the spam folder are actually spams. What I’m trying to say here is that, we need lots of spam arguments to make this spam filter works and at last, it might be disadvantageous
