After the recent update, I can only see level 4596, and nothing beyond. Why aren't the levels pre-populating? Also, my boosters and lives are all gone.

Your game map looks fine to me! Can you please explain what did you mean by "it is not pre-populated"?
And, about boosters — did you either reinstall the game or change the device?

About the missing features in your game
Few months ago, many players have experienced this issue which was resolved now. But, some players still experience this issue of features not appearing.
There is a trick for your events to reappear —> Replay an old level - win or lose, does not matter - go back to map screen — open your Events folder and you should find all or most of your events

I just played the level, and I see the next one, but it's not pre-populated. And I'm missing ALL of my boosters, lives, daily treat machine, etc.
(I just earned a booster on the daily spin)

I was on Level 9393. Tonight I logged into Candy Crush on my laptop and it started me on Level 1. It took me 15 years to get to that level
