i lost ads when i recharged the game after 3 months it came back, but 1 month before that i recharged to get top 1 candy cup...this is so weird
It depends on why you have lost your adverts @Dennie75
If you have recently made a purchase using real money then you won't get your adverts back for a long time, or at all.
If they have just stopped working after you have had them for awhile this is normal as adverts come and go. I once lost my adverts for seven months before they started to work again.
Lastly no feature of the game should be considered permanent and you might have lost your adverts because it is just not your turn to have them at the moment.
Overall there is nothing you can do to get your adverts back other than to wait and see.
