Not getting gold bars

ok, it happened again!!! Did NOT get the gold bars for finishing candy royale!!! 45 bloody bars now, so the 37 and 200, yes 200 from over a month ago !!! I used boosters and gold bars to make sure I didn’t lose a level to win and at the end of it, thus message comes up!!!

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the Gold Bars you won in the Candy Royale races! Did you send a complaint to the King Player Support team? If not, I would suggest you to do that.
