I am stuck on this level playing without boosters at the moment and not able to spend money. I need assistance somebody help. @christinewupp

I have been close for example 1 candy left a few times but have not been able to pass it. I watched a video already. I just hope I get that lucky board. @christinewupp
Are you still stuck on this? I note that this level has not been changed for a while and there are several videos of lucky boards passing this. I think what you need to look out for is a chance to make a colour bomb + blue wrap or colour bomb plus blue stripe combo. Those candies in the two top cages with the chocolate underneath are always blue. That is a good hint as to what you need to do to pass this level: The only way to effectively clear the jelly under those two caged blues easily is with such a combo. There are two colour bombs on the board which might help you here. Do check the videos, such as this one, which uses a colour bomb/stripe combo.

You will have to wait and watch out for a lucky board that will allow you to do that. These legendary levels are starting to become just a waiting game of patience and endurance, it seems. If King have made this level impossible to pass then there is just nothing any of us can about it.
