Lost all 15,881 levels of Candy Crush

Notice 2 days ago that my Candy Crush came up under my husband’s name in his Facebook which was strange as he doesn’t have a Facebook account in his name. I deleted it and it deleted all my levels and brought me back to zero. I started Candy Crush roughly 8 years ago while working and now I am retired so unsure what account or passwords to use.
