It doesn't look like the level was reported yet!! That's why, you have experienced the loop glitch today!
I will send it to our Community In-charge right away, so that they can escalate to the game team on Monday!

So clearly I know how to reset the level. That isn't the issue. The issue is the level design. If a glitch like this is pointed out the developer should fix the glitch. Change a block to a box. Simple fix. That I have to waste a life and potential enhancement candies because of the glitch is not right when it should be fixed.

You must have figured it out already! If not, all you can do now is to quit the level - close the App - restart your device - open the game and retry the level!
Some levels have this "cascades loop" glitch for some unknown reason and there is nothing we can do but quit the level!!
If you experience the loop glitch even after restarting the level, please let me know 🍫🍫
