My Gold Bars keep disappearing?

For the past few weeks, my Gold Bars keep resetting?  NO I didn't purchase them, I earned them. I'm using a laptop!  A few weeks ago, I lost 30+ to seeing only a couple of bars and it keeps happening?  The other day I won around 15 or so and now I'm back to 6 and NO I DIDN"T USE THEM.  Why let people earn them if you are going to take them away.  It takes sooooooooooo long to earn them.

Did you send a complaint to the King Player Support team about your missing Gold Bars?  If so, did they assist you with the issue?

OK not it's getting ridiculous!  After I complained about losing my bars, the next day I won 50 of them back, on 8/19/24.  Today on 8/22/24 I have 36 left and I didn't use them.  WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.

If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
