my chocolate box has been stuck for months, I finally gave up and ignore it. Wish I could delete it from my screen, useless!!!

My chocolate box hasn't worked in months. King said they were working on a fix MONTHS ago but still nothing. Thanks, King!
I believe there is a post about issues with tje Chocolate box. Hopefully someone can give you the link to that post. As for asking friends to help you pass a level, that feature is completely random. Sometimes you’ll get extra moves because of your friend’s achievements like passing 5 levels in a row, completing episode race, etc. There is no way you or your friends can manually help one another.

why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
I’ve been on level 18422 for over 3 weeks and it doesn’t match any of the online help videos. I think the game is purposefully doing this since in the past I’ve paid for more moves.
