Candy Royal dropped me to the middle tier

I've been in the top tier for over a week, including all weekend during Elite with 25 levels. Suddenly this morning, it dropped me one tier down. I've stayed in the top one consistently, since before Elite began on Saturday and this isn't the first time this happened.?

It did the same thing again today on Android. I've been in the top tier for two weeks. Friday and Saturday it disappeared completely. Yesterday, Sunday, it suddenly popped up in thr evening with me in the top tier of the elite challenge. Today, it went back to the normal candy Royale, but dropped me two tiers down to the 9-level one. This keeps happening all the time and it's not fair. I spend gold bars trying to stay in the top tier of both regular and elite challenges and it keeps dropping me all the way down every other time.

Candy Royal dropped me two tiers on my other device too! This is ridiculous! I've been in the top tier on both devices and today it dropped me two tiers down again!

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Musical season
Hello, I played so hard and purchased lot of coins to get 300 coins in musical season task, I finished 8 and still have the 9 one and I can't see it, yesterday I checked I see that I have 36 hours to be done. What can I do now it is not fair at all
Where did my gold bars go?
I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!

Why did you remove the music event?
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
